Gift in your will
If you choose to leave a gift to the Archbishop of York’s Youth Trust, you can donate a fixed amount of money (known as a pecuniary legacy) or a share of your remaining estate (once all other costs and legacies are paid out, known as a residuary legacy). A gift in your will to charity could also help to reduce the amount of inheritance tax paid on your estate. A solicitor will be able to advise you further.
Your funeral director may be able to help you by collecting and forwarding donations, or you can send them directly to our head office at the address below.
