The Archbishops' Young Leaders Award exists to see a generation of young people empowered to transform society. Through working in partnership with schools, churches and communities, we develop opportunities for young people to grow in leadership, faith and character.

The Young Leaders Award is a fully resourced leadership and character education programme designed to be delivered by teaching staff within the classroom. Available at KS1 to Post 16, it has strong links to SMSC, British Values, PSHE, Character Education, Citizenship, RE and SIAMS.
We believe every young person is unique, of great worth, and has the potential to change our communities for the better. We exist to empower young people to serve their generation, putting the needs of others before themselves.
